Building confidence, connection and a sense of well being for both you and your child
I help parents of anxious children by offering guidance, practical tools and easy techniques that can help your child navigate life’s challenges, building confidence, connection and a sense of well being for you both.
Welcome to Jane Rumbles Coaching
Welcome, I am Jane, and I want to explain a little about myself and how I got here. As a child I struggled with learning difficulties and severe bullying which led to my own anxiety as a child and later crippling depression as an adult. I suffered in silence, hiding the darkest parts from my loved ones.
But nothing of my past compared to the heart-wrenching experience of watching my beautiful boy struggle for years with his own anxiety. Every meltdown ripped another piece of my heart out and I would break a little more every time I saw him mentally shut down. My life’s mission became to help my son.
I discovered, learnt and implemented a range of powerful and impactful techniques that we used to transform the way he felt. Within six months, I had witnessed a profound transformation. My son had emerged as a happy, confident child, leaving his teachers in awe of the remarkable change. The unexpected benefit – the positive impact rippled through the whole family.
It is now my mission to help other parents to learn these simple but powerful tools and techniques to help build confidence, connection and a sense of well being for both you and your child. I am here to guide you every step of the way, so you too can see your own child’s transformation. I bet you cannot wait to get started!

“We went from a very anxious girl just a few months ago … to a girl who now really enjoys dance, transition days, and is definitely looking forward to high school. Very proud, and all the techniques are such a big help. Thank you!”

Ways to Work with Me
I dream of a world where our children grow up without limiting beliefs, know their self worth and can reach their fullest potential without limitations.

There is light at the end of the tunnel
Despite where you are and what you are going through there is light at the end of the tunnel. It takes commitment and consistency, but it can be done. Life’s challenges are blessings in disguise, they help us grow and become more resilient.
Be grateful for every single past experience because they ultimately will lead you to become a strong, confident parent. I have learnt this, and I know you will too. You don’t have to do this alone. By investing in your self-worth and your family, and by accepting guidance from a mentor who has been there, and got through it, will allow you to not only empower yourself, but also lift up your child, and support the whole family.
